What I’ve learned in my 34+ years as an Integrative Chiropractic Physician has taught me a few ‘bottom” line truths about health and healing:

I’m Dr. Trybus

I am an Integrative Chiropractor specializing in helping people who have been told there is “no hope” for them and they must “live with their pain or condition.” This phrase is far too familiar for me. I, too, have heard these exact words, but I knew there had to be more to life than how I was feeling. I believe you have landed on my page for a reason. I am here to tell you there is HOPE.

I don’t know where you are right now. You may be stressed out, not sleeping, and struggling to get through your day. Or maybe you’re on the other end of the scale experiencing multiple health issues, mold allergies and toxicity, digestive disturbances or worse. Your doctor may tell you that these are all stress-related symptoms and they suggest you try to meditate. Then, the voice in your head laughs and says, “MEDITATE, I don’t get to sit down for a few minutes, let alone meditate.” Where do you turn next?

My Story

My name is Dr. David Trybus, and I GET YOU. In the past 31 years, I have treated thousands of patients with these same symptoms just like you.

I helped them learn new ways to conquer their stress and regain control over their lives, resulting in better sleep, decreased stress, an increase in energy and regaining the body they desired.

You see, not only have I treated thousands of patients just like you, I have lived it myself. I was running multiple businesses and feeling extremely stressed out. I wasn’t sleeping well, feeling completely exhausted, my eating habits were poor, and exercise was minimal. I did many things to decrease my stress, and it helped some, but one morning I ended up in the ER with abdominal pain. The doctors told me I had a small bowel obstruction, and it was going to require a routine surgery to repair the blockage, but I had nothing to worry about.

I was told I would be put under anesthesia then wake up in the recovery room, and all would be well. While I was counting backward from 100, my last thought was, All Would Be Well!

Following the surgery, it began. I started to wake up, not in the recovery room but the ICU! I was strapped to the table at my wrists with a ventilator shoved down my throat. I couldn’t breathe, I went into an instant panic attack, and my blood pressure went through the roof. It was like waking up into a horror movie, strapped down to the table, not able to move, and hyperventilating through a straw. All was not well!

I remember the nurse saying, “you must calm down; your blood pressure is too high,” The blood pressure machine was beeping out of control right next to me, which made my stress worse. I was fully awake at this point, “imagine” all this happening right as you are waking up in the morning, still groggy and coming out of a dream.

Then, I started to do a specific breathing method I learned years earlier, I don’t know if it was out of instinct or divine guidance, but I began to calm myself down. Eight hours later, the ventilator was removed, and I was breathing on my own. Later, I found out they had to intubate me three times before putting me on the ventilator in the ICU. I was left with high blood pressure, panic attacks, and anxiety. Due to multiple intubations, I will be on a CPAP machine for the rest of my life. Needless to say, my stress level was at an all-time high.

So what did I do? I did a deep dive into the research looking for more proven ways to decrease stress and make lasting changes. I studied Neuro-linguistic programming, Neuro-Emotional technique, Emotional Freedom Technique, Ancient Chinese Acupuncture, Qi Gong techniques, Heart rate variability, Heart Math, Specialized Nutrition and many other methods. I combined these with all the proven techniques I have studied and used over the last 31 years to create a program to help you conquer your stress and take back control of your life again.
